Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Scotty Bike Townsend offers a full refund up to 7 days before the scheduled rental (minus 5.8% Credit Card Fees). After 7 days before the rental we offer to reschedule the rental up until the next year, but no refund for any reason. We do our best to accommodate our customers and to adhere to a fair and reasonable refund policy. For Scotty Bike Townsend to operate as a viable business we have to implement and adhere to this policy.
